| Welcome to the product customization page! If you found an item in our store and think that it would be great if there's a custom box for you, or perhaps you would like that item as your company's gift…please let us know! |

| Terms: |
| - | Product customization is essentially an OEM order, and not, for example, a hand-painted version of an item in ToyEast.net. |
| - | Please be reminded that for some product customizations, there is a minimum order quantity. |
| - | Please do specify on what you would like for your customized product. The more information you provide, the easier it would be for us to process your request. |
| - | Please do take note that product customization may take a lot of time and communication before becoming reality. We beg for you to be patient while going through the details with us. |
| - | According to your request, the unit cost of the item will be very likely different from the ToyEast.net price. If something new is required for the item (e.g. a new box) we might incur you additional costs. The quantity will also affect the unit price as well. |
| - | We can also design the product customization for you, but we will also charge you a design fee as a result. Also, we can only make artwork with text based on Chinese and English, and any text in another language has to be supplied from the customer. |
| - | The customer may, if he or she would like, request to design for the product him/herself. ToyEast is not responsible of there are any design delays due to this decision. |
| - | Molding cost, if required, is paid for by the customer. ToyEast will keep the mold at the factory unless the customer requested to have it moved. |
| - | Depending on availability and exclusivity rights, ToyEast.net reserves the right to cancel your product customization request. |
